Forest Hills Golf Course

Set on scenic rolling hills in Central Queens County, Forest Hills provides an excellent opportunity for a relaxing 1 1/2 to 2 hour round of golf. Forest Hills is a par 36, nine hole course with two par 5's, two par 3's, and five par 4's. The course demands both length and accuracy; for instance, hole #2 is a 570 yard par 5 requiring some well hit shots to make the green in 2 or 3 and a couple of putts for par.

The 90 yard #4 hole demands a very precise tee shot. The signature hole on the course is #7 and it requires an accurate approach to the green, which is framed by a beautiful spring fed pond.

Trees, sand and water all come into play at Forest Hills, located on Rte 6 in Cavendish, across from Rainbow Valley.

Red Sands Golf Course

For those who don't require a "level playing field", Red Sands Golf Course presents an uncommon golf challenge. While this 2,410 yard, nine-hole course will not break any records for hole and course length, its variations in elevation are integrated into a gently rolling Island backdrop that will provide plenty of challenge and satisfaction.

Club selection is important on this course, so bring your best game for a short course on game management.

Red Sands Golf Course is located on Route 107 ( Kerrytown Road), off Route 6, just 15 minutes from Summerside and Cavendish.
